All technical elements, prompt engineering, architecture, and design of Ace My Quiz are the exclusive property of Martin LAUNE. Reproduction or Reverse Engineering is strictly prohibited.

2. Anti-Scraping Policy

The use of bots, crawlers, or any automated means to mass-extract public quizzes (Scraping) from our Library is strictly forbidden without express written permission.

3. User Generated Content (UGC)

By making a quiz 'Public', you grant Ace My Quiz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display this content in the Public Library for educational purposes. You remain responsible for the legality of the documents you submit.

4. Limitation of Liability

Quizzes are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While educationally constrained, AI can make mistakes (hallucinations). Ace My Quiz is a study aid and declines all responsibility regarding factual errors.
